Blair Properties LLC was established in 2018 to own and manage rental property in Southern New Hampshire. Today we own three properties and manage 9 apartments in Wilton and Milford.

We are a small, local, owner-operated landlord. That is the whole pitch, and it is a real difference. Larger management companies in this region run dozens of buildings from a central office. We run three buildings we can drive to in minutes, and maintenance requests come to the owner rather than into a queue.

These are older New England buildings, and keeping them safe and comfortable takes steady, unglamorous work: heating systems serviced before winter, snow cleared before you leave for work, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors tested, water heaters replaced before they fail rather than after. We would rather spend money preventing a problem than apologizing for one.

We expect the same care in return. Every adult occupant completes a background check. We keep the properties clean and maintained and we expect tenants to do the same. In exchange, you get a landlord who answers the phone.

We operate in Wilton and Milford, New Hampshire, in the Souhegan Valley, about 15 minutes from Nashua and an hour from Boston.
